职位描述：
Position Mission:
- Project Management Office for strategic cooperation projects (strategic negotiation, industrial and commercial cooperation projects, working groups…)
- Supporting the commercial activities in structuring and formalizing action plans and other sales support documents
- MCE China marketing knowledge improvement in collaboration with Central marketing team, including monitoring and analysing market trends, studying competitors business activities, maintain / create necessary marketing tools, develop MCE China marketing roadmap
- Support of ABC quality management process and activities for MCE China Team
- Internal communication within the local team and with other AREVA internal interfaces
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partnership & commercial business activities support
- Build and deploy standard report for partnership & commercial projects follow-up
- Lead the action plan review with MCE Asia Management Team
- Anticipate issues and proactively propose corrective actions
- Become MCE China Team Sales report database (Affluent) Referent and ensure regular updates
- On a case by case basis, contribute to the key internal processes (budgeting, etc..)
2. Lead MCE Marketing Effort
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of all MCE activities in China (Markets, players, regulations, strategies, etc…)
- Build and implement the yearly MCE Marketing Roadmap
- Maintain all necessary knowledge tools (New Build scenario, MCE requirements calculation, supply scenarios) and create new ones when needed
- Maintain a regular market watch process
- Update existing and develop new relevant marketing deliverables in collaboration with China Marketing team
- Provide detailed marketing analysis to support Sales Teams or Management requests
3. PMO for Partnership Projects
- Develop a detailed understanding on partnership projects
- Support specific cooperation projects with our key customers / partners
- Support M&CE China team to define commercial strategy on a case by case basis through brainstorming
- Support project structuring (Objectives/ Deliverables, Schedule/Milestones)
- Build and/or review supporting documents (Presentations, Financial tools, Minutes of Meeting...) to achieve our objectives
- On a case by case basis and at Management request, support directly MCE China partnership projects
4. Referent for quality management for MCE China Team
- Prepare and participate to quality system audits
- Support AREVA Beijing quality management process and initiation
- Train and deploy communication towards MCE team members
