QA Supervisor/品质主管/客诉及质量高级工程师
工作职责：
1.全面负责原料管理、实验室管理、在线品质管理；
2.原材料的检测（来料检测）：根据供应物料不合格情况、顾客质量投诉等输入，识别供应商质量管理系统的改进机会，与供应商一起制定质量改进计划，督促供应商实施改进计划；
3.质量标准的拟订、修改、控制及执行；
4.参与供应商筛选、SQA审核、绩效跟进，确保其质量体系持续提高；
5.跟进处理在线质量异常，供应商投诉跟进，客户投诉的调查及纠正控制。
6.客户投诉处理及不合格项分析，制定改进措施方案。
职位要求：
1. 全日制本科及以上学历，印刷、高分子材料、化工、包装等专业优先；
2. 3年以上质量经验，有丰富的CQE经验优先考虑；
3. 沟通能力、亲和力、责任心强，有一定的应变能力；
4. 普通话流利，具备一定的英文邮件阅读及书写能力。
