Major responsibilities:

Assist sales manager develop company's E-commerce Channel for Travel Insurance business, maintenance B2B customer relationships and work with other team members to meet company targets for profitable growth and retention.

-Develop a thorough understanding of the company's Travel Insurance products and Assistance services in order to be able to deal effectively and informatively with customers.
-Develop and maintain the on-line sales for travel insurance products in particular (airlines, on-line travel agencies, hotels companies, car rental, ticketing agencies etc.....)
-Further widen the sales channel demands and sales potential and coordinate with channel to develop new products and its model.
-Support the working efficiency and working procedure of team and make timely reply to customers' consultation on company's products.
-Assist sales manager gather market information and analyze client's requirement, develop strategic business plans for the e-commerce business development function.
-Contribute with the whole e-commerce team to strategic business plans for the e-commerce business development in the years to come.
-Work closely with colleagues in the underwriting, IT, Operations, Claims, Legal, Finance and Marketing teams, to ensure that agreed targets are met, and high customer satisfaction level are achieved.
-Treat the customer with professional and polite attitude.
-Make through understanding of Shanghai on-line travel market and status of competitors.
-Make good communication with internal and external "customer" in different situations.
-Complete sales and work assignment demanded by the sales manager/company.
-Implement the duties and tasks demanded by the sales manager.


Qualification:

-College education background and above;
-Applicant with 2 years sales working experience in tourism, exhibition, aviation or insurance industry is considered desirable
-Excellent oral and written communication in Mandarin can use English as working languages.
-High-level affinity and proficient communication skill and independent analytical ability
-Teamwork spirits and ability to work independently
-Organizational skills and proficient writing ability (being an able organizer needed in activity planning).
-Self-motivated person who enjoy undertaking a working achievement-based position and adapt to various working pressure.
-Industrial and favorable study ability and scientific management of time
-A friendly, professional manner is imperative, as is the ability to prepare and make direct presentations effectively
-Availability to travel regularly within China
-Proficient computer literacy
-Position based in Shanghai
