职位描述：
The Product Assurance Engineer will provide core team leadership for all Quality activities throughout the product definition, development, and qualification cycles of new products.
1.Participate as a core team member on Product Development Teams representing all Quality functions: Test, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality and Consumer Technical Assistance;
2.Conduct design assessments regarding product quality during entire Product Development process: Product Concept to Initial Mass Production;
3.Develop test plans and equipment for component and product evaluations;
4.Ensure product meets Regulatory and Compliance requirements;
5.Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective action;
6.Communicate product status to core team and management.
岗位要求：
1.Bachelor’s degree in IT (Computer), Engineering, Science;
2.5+ years related experience as a quality, reliability, design or systems engineer;
3.Experience with Mechanical, Electrical, RF, and Acoustic design integration and testing;
4.Proficient Project Management Skills;
5.Excellent Team Leader Skills;
6.Fluent in English and Chinese
