? Leads the Core team
? Provides leadership and vision for the team
? Drives the project from concept to successful launch
? Achieves design and project goals
? Lead team meetings and prepare gate review presentations, present in internal PAC review
? Resolves team conflicts
? Responsible for the project management
? Owns project schedules, define the detail work plan for each phase and regular tracking the progress.
? Manage the project budget, adhere to project cost requirements, monitor project forecasts and corresponding impact to financial justification
? Manage resources, ensure the project is “staffed for success”
? Proactively addresses potential risk, find better resource or pre-arrange necessary tasks to prevent it.
? Discipline the system, ensure that the core team is operating according to the development process (LEANPD)
职位需求：
? Bachelor degree in Engineering Science or Mechanical Engineering
? 3 years’ experience in Project Management at least, 5+ years’ experience is preferred.
? Proven skill in leading, developing and managing teams.
? Familiar with Automotive New product development process, APQP.
? Solid knowledge of Project management professional, balance of timing, cost and quality, manage the resource, risks and change management.
Personal Attributes & Competencies
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills, good presentation skill.
? Willing to challenge assumptions and innovation.
? Good judgment and logic thinking, decision making skill
? Familiar with Automotive products (Connectors, Cable, Sensors, ABS module) is a plus.
? Good at Japanese & English language ability in reading, writing and speaking.
? Career ambitions, desire to advance into senior management.
