职位描述：
LOCATION: BEIJING
POSITION PURPOSE:
Examine and analyze documentation and records to ensure established policies and procedures are followed.
Examine and analyze accounting records to determine financial status of establishment and prepare financial reports concerning operating procedures.
Examine and analyze records and policies to ensure Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Collect and analyze data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, extravagance, fraud, or non-compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies.
2. Prepare detailed reports on audit findings.
3. Report to management about asset utilization and audit results, and recommend changes in operations and financial activities.
4. Inspect account books and accounting systems for efficiency, effectiveness, and use of accepted accounting procedures to record transactions.
5. Examine records and interview workers to ensure recording of transactions and compliance with procedures, laws, and regulations.
6. Verify accuracy of records.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Requirements:Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, banking and the analysis and reporting of financial data.Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.The ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand.The ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing.The ability to combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions (includes finding a relationship among seemingly unrelated events).

Preferences:Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.


EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

Experience:Accounting experience

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:
Reports directly to the North America Internal Auditor and indirectly to Lakeland’s Board of Directors specifically to the Chairman of the Audit Committee.

WORKING CONDITIONS / EQUIPMENT:
Ability to communicate in English fluently.
Ability to sit for long periods of time at desk and/or computer.
Ability to travel to other locations as needed.
Ability to communicate effectively with others.

6．验证记录的准确性。

所需的知识、技能和能力：
要求：具备经济学及会计学的原理及实践知识；熟悉银行及财务数据的分析和报告；具备战略规划、资源分配、领导技术、生产方法、与人沟通等诸多方面的知识及经验；能利用逻辑和推理找出公司存在优点及缺陷，并且给予可替代解决方案并且解决问题；具备良好的与他人的沟通能力；具备良好的阅读能力及书写能力；整合审计发现、得出审计结论、编制审计报告（包括可预见性的审计发现）。
熟悉萨班斯-奥克斯利法案者优先。
教育背景及工作经验：
教育：正规院校学士学位以上学历
工作经验：会计工作经验
本科以上学历并且具备审计工作经验者优先。
汇报关系：
直接汇报给美国雷克兰公司的内部审计人员，间接汇报给内审委员会的负责人。

工作条件/设备：
流利的英语沟通能力。
长时间坐在书桌和/或电脑上的办公能力。
