Job Description :
Deliver Keysight test and measurement solution and service for microwave system, wireless communication, high speed digital circuit and IC research and manufacturing related customers. In this role, you should deeply understand customer requirements and take proactive actions to create business opportunities. Furthermore, represent Keysight to commercial activities under the guidance of the law and standard of business conduct. During the corporation with customers, solid technical knowledge and communication skill is indispensable.

? Understand customers’ real requirement and development strategy, find out business opportunities
? Target oriented, beat quota through technical capability and superb service.
? Solve customers’ R&D and testing problems
? Explore new customers while maintaining current customers

向从事射频微波系统、无线通信、高速数字电路以及半导体研发和生产制造等相关应用的客户提供Keysight的测试和测量解决方案以及服务。在这个岗位上，你需要深入了解客户需求，积极采取行动创造商业机会，并代表Keysight进行符合法律法规及商业道德行为规范要求的销售活动。在与客户合作的过程中，扎实的技术知识以及沟通技巧是该必不可少的技能。

? 了解客户真实需求及客户的发展策略并从中发现商业机会；
? 目标明确，通过技术能力和优异的服务完成销售任务；
? 解决用户研发、测试环节的问题
? 维护现有客户的同时扩展新客户
Qualifications
? EE, Microwave, RF communication related, Bachelors or Master Degree or equivalent;
? Solid Microwave and wireless communication technical knowledge.
? Good communication skill and team-working sense.
? Good at English
? Be optimistic and positive under pressure
? 3~5 year related working experience is preferred.

扎实的射频微波技术知识，无线电通信系统知识；
良好的人际沟通能力和团队合作精神；
良好的英文读写和表达能力；
承受压力的同时具备积极乐观的心态
