Role Summary/Purpose

Manage day-to-day import/export operations to meet internal or external customers requirement

Essential Responsibilities

· Coordinate daily import/export operations to fulfill delivery requirement· Liaison relevant customs/CIQ and government officials to handle the relevant processes according to business requirement· Coordinate all necessary license and certificate application according to international trade policy and regulations· Coordinate and handle the duty exemption for importation equipment and supervise the on-going controls· Handle the RMA according to business requirement· Facilitate and resolve Ad Hoc cases· Be responsible to manage and control all relevant import/export document· Manage 3PL including brokers and freight forwarders.· Conduct duty / Freight Payment if applicable

Qualifications/Requirements

· Bachelor degree from an accredited university or college. A degree in supply chain, international trade, engineering or equivalent· Broker certified would be preferable.· At least 5 years working experience. Over 3 year experience of import/export operations is a plus· Strong communication skills· Demonstrated knowledge of systematic process · Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin
