招聘岗位2：集团高级行业分析师
岗位职责：
l 对传统能源和新能源相关行业进行深入的研究和跟踪，掌握行业的政策动向、发展趋势。
l 通过分析境内外能源行业内龙头企业的市场状况、经营状况，撰写相关研究报告，为集团投资决策提供决策参考依据。
l 对宏观经济进行分析并形成报告。
l 参与集团战略的编制和指导工作。
岗位要求：
l 具有一定的经济学基础和优秀的文字表达能力、数据收集分析能力与逻辑思维能力，掌握定性、定量研究方法。
l 具备传统能源和新能源及相关行业（油、气、矿、电力、光伏等）市场分析研究经验、有咨询公司、投资银行或券商工作经历者优先。
l 有良好的英语听说读写能力，能流利使用英语撰写分析报告及简报。
l 个性成熟稳重，男性候选人。
