Job Title: Sales Assistant
Department: Sales & KAM
Report to: Assistant Manager, Sales
Location: Shenzhen

Job Duties:
-To support and coordinate Sales & Key Account Team’s daily operation to achieve sales goals
-To support team to prepare sales proposal/sales enquiry follow-up
-To prepare statistics of sales, document filing and generate sales report for manager, e.g. customer data, sales visit report, performance report, P&L report, AR report, etc.
-To consolidate and develop product marketing programs and effective external-facing messaging
-To develop sales collateral including brochures, promotion leaflets, PowerPoint presentations, and case studies
-To closely work with overseas agents to increase our key products’ promotion and sales
-To well monitor and cooperate with external consultants/agencies to develop marketing program/initiatives
-To fulfill other assignments assigned by the supervisor and management


Desired Skills and Experience:
-At least 1-2 years ’relevant experience in sales and marketing, relevant experience in freight forwarding industry is preferred
-College and above degree
-Strong sense of responsibility, customer orientation.
-Good communication, coordination skill and teamwork-spirited.
-Detail oriented personality, and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
-Proficient spoken and written English skill, CET 6
-Proficiency in MS-office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
-Strong writing and presentation skills
-Aggressive to learn the new business knowledge 举报 分享
