职位描述
岗位职责：
1、 根据公司战略规划，制订电子商务完整的营销战略及发展方向并进行网站运营平台的开发；
2、 负责网店整体市场营销策划及运营工作，建立品牌领先优势，组织实施推广活动；
3、 协同内外部资源运作网店项目，建立业务相关制度、流程，执行并监督管理；
4、 带领团队完成业绩指标和关键绩效指标。
岗位要求：
1、大学本科及以上学历，电子商务、计算机、市场营销等相关专业；
2、熟悉互联网营销的运作模式和流程，3年以上同等岗位工作经验；
3、6年以上互联网运作、推广及营销经验；对于中国电子商务行业盈利模式及发展趋势有独到见解；
4、熟悉B2C网络销售业务流程，对于电子商务公司有实际运作管理经验；
5、有较强的文字功底，良好语言表达能力和沟通能力；具有优秀的组织协调能力及团队管理能力。
