工作职责
1.Work, coordinate, and drive actions across multiple organizations within SYNNEX related to the support of Manufacturing Operations, Engineering and Value Added Business Groups.
在公司内部,协调和推动跨部门合作,包括生产,工程和增值业务组等。
2.Develop systematic methods and procedures to be made uniform across all SYNNEX Manufacturing locations.
在SYNNEX所有生产厂推广统一的系统方法和流程。
3.Participates with senior managers, directors, and executives to establish strategic plans and objectives for Manufacturing Operations
与高级经理、总监、总经理共同制定生产运营战略计划和目标。
4.Regularly interacts with executives and major customers. Interactions frequently involve special skills, such as negotiating with customers or management or attempting to influence senior level leaders regarding matters of significance to the organization
定期与管理层及主要客户进行沟通,互动所涉及必要技能是指:与客户或管理层进行有效的协调谈判,及在一定程度上影响高层管理者对于组织重大事项的决策。
5.Devise high level, cost efficient organizational action plans for meeting business targets and objectives.
参与制定高层次的经济有效的组织级计划,并使之符合公司的战略和目标。
6.Provide input on planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities, and recommending and implementing changes to methods within Manufacturing Operations
在计划、人员编制、预算、管理费用的优化方面提供意见,在生产业务方面提供建议和实施改进。
7.Work with operational managers to insure the prioritization of production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.
与运营经理合作,依据产品要求、设备效率和材料供应,确保生产计划的实施及优化。
8.Assist and drive the planning of various procedures and budgets related to manufacturing operations. Makes budgetary recommendations regarding and, at higher levels, controls capital expenditures and direct/indirect labor.
协助和推动各种与生产业务相关的流程和预算。提出相应的预算建议,并在更高的水准上,控制资本支出及直接/间接劳动力支出。
9.Participates in internal audits to assigned operations and/or related departments in compliance quality management system.
参与针对指定运营项目或相关部门的质量合规管理体系的内部审计。
10.Coordinates with appropriate departments the Corrective Action taken on External Audit Nonconformity Reports, insures timely submission to the Registrar, and oversees the overall quality of Manufacturing Operations
与相应部门合作,对外部审核不合格报告及时采取纠正措施,并确保及时提交到认证审核机构,及监督生产的整体质量。
11.Responds to Non-conformities and other issues raised by internal/external customers, the internal audit team, or external auditors
解决所有内部或外部客户,内部审计或外部审计提出的不合格项及其它问题。
12.Supports operations in defining, documenting, and implementing processes to ensure compliance with the SYNNEX Operational Standard.
对业务定义、文档和实施流程的运作进行有效支持,确保其符合SYNNEX的运营标准。
13.Perform capacity planning with set priorities.

14.Assist in the management of manufacturing, warehouse and customer service readiness to support all services.

15.Provide the applicable operation teams with details on new project planning, budgeting and recommend/implement changes to methods for supporting service.
为对应的运营团队提供新项目计划、预算和建议/实施变更的详细信息,以支持服务。
16.Participate in Internal Audits to assigned operations and/or related departments in compliance with the requirements of ISO 9002:1994 and 9001:2000 (QMS) Quality Management System.
参与针对指定运营项目或相关部门的有关ISO 9002:1994和ISO9001:2000质量管理系统(QMS)的合规性的内部审计。
17.Commitment to continuous improvement to comply with ISO 9001:2000 and any other regulatory standards.

职位要求
1.Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 7 years in IT Manufacturing Operations Management or relative Data Center and/or OEM Hardware experience to include experience with all areas of manufacturing operations: manufacturing, engineering, facilities, human resources/resource management, finance/budgeting/pricing and reverse logistics.
学士学位或同等学历,至少7年的IT生产运营管理经验或相关数据中心和/或OEM硬件经验,熟悉生产运营的各个方面,包括生产,技术,设施,人力资源/资源管理,财务/预算/定价和逆向物流。
2.Proven ability to lead a cooperative effort among members of a team.
