职位描述：
Job responsibilities:

1. Management of company’s imported & exported goods issue.
-preparation of full set of related documents for custom clearance in coordination with purchaser and sales;
  -communicate with the third party forwarder/customs broker/transport company.
2. Shipment/delivery to customers
-for domestic customers, organizing the shipment/delivery according to scheduled time;
-for exporting business, to assure the process is in compliance with local regulation;
  -to prepare full set of related documents; to ensure that Brenntag China to get tax rebate;
3. Warehouse management
-daily goods flow (in and out) management;
-inventory management (eg, batch management, packaging/labelling/palletizing management, to report on daily basis)
-product quality management (eg, Mishandling during storage, transportation, etc.)
4. Sample management
   -daily sample follow up;
   -sample inventory management (eg, batch management, packaging/labelling/palletizing management, to report on weekly basis);
5. Payment application
   -To apply for payment related to importation, storage etc. in coordination with Finance
    Department.
6. Other assignments from Department Manager.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree. Majoring in Logistics Management, International Trade or Chemistry is a plus.
2. Around 3-5 years relevant working experience. Working experience in chemical trading field is preferred.
3. English proficiency both in written and oral.
4. Honest, open, good communication and coordination skills. Ability of working under high pressure. 举报 分享
