职位描述：
REQUIREMENTS
1.Taking responsible for safety/quality/cost saving/delivery/productivity/ 5S on the floor. Manage to reach these production targets by efficient management.
2. Working with master scheduler to establish monthly production plan and allocating the production resources efficiently to ensure completion on time.
3. Efficient manpower arrangement based on the schedule to ensure higher productivity.
4. Solving any issues occurred on the line in time with other relative function members to ensure production running smoothly.
5. Keeping closely touch with group leaders and operators to collect and discover any potential issues and improving opportunities.
6. Working with CI team to take actions to continuously improve production lines and working environment.
7. Being responsible for taking cross training for all operators if there are any chances.
8. Being responsible for evaluating operators' performance and stimulating them to work better.
9. Monitoring and supervising group leaders to create a stable and efficient production teams to provide higher performance constantly. Enhancing the operators’ moral and maintaining the strict discipline .

QUALIFICATIONS
1. At least Diploma Degree or Associate Degree.
2. At least two years related experience in JV Company.
3. Familiar with project management / leading experience
4. Experience in 5S, lean manufacturing 举报 分享
