- Provide professional reception to staff, customers and guests.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the office.
- Ensure good facility and good working environment.

Job Responsibilities
Provide professional reception manner to customers, guests & Staff.
- Manage reception, visitor desk & travel desk
- Commodity purchasing & management
- Housekeeping management
- Shuttle Bus Management
- Canteen Management
- Express Management

Basic Qualifications
- Good command of English (Spoken, written, reading and listening)
- Able to operate computers, especially MS office, PPT.
- University or college graduated, major in English is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
- College English Test Band 4 or 6
- Strong interpersonal skills, hard-working, be able to work by self, good communication.
