职位描述：
The role of a Program Logistics Engineer is to organize the logistics, coordinate the data processing related to the projects and to respect the pre-established budgets. The main missions for this role are to:

？ Define the Logistics diagrams
？ Develop the Logistics hypotheses (material flow diagram and preliminary data processing)提出物流假定（材料流程图和初期数据处理）
？ Validate the hypothesis of Logistics costing 验证物流成本假设
？ Integrate the strategy mid-term with the impacts on logistics, production 整合中期战略对物流和生产的影响
？ Be the primary contact for the customer regarding the logistics of the project 就项目物流方面成为客户最初联系人
？ Participate in the project review meetings 参与项目评审会议
？ Define the storage requirements 确定存储要求
？ Control the implementation of the logistics means 管理物流方式执行
？ Study the logistics costs associated with the processes 研究与工艺过程相关的物流成本
？ Develop the packaging prototypes with our suppliers 与供应商开发包装模型
？ Define the specifications of the preliminary packaging for mass production 确定批量生产的产品初期包装
？ Prepare the specifications for the Purchasing Department 为采购部准备技术要求

Qualifications任职要求 :
The ideal candidate will have/be:
？ Bachelor's degree in Engineering，Logistics Engineering 工程学士，物流工程相关专业
？ Good computer skills 良好的计算机操作技能
？ Strong verbal and written communications skills 良好的口头和书面沟通能力
？ Minimum bi-lingual (English required) 至少掌握两种语言（英语必须）
？ Good communications and Leadership skills 良好的沟通和领导能力
