职位描述
1、收集HR政策及劳资信息，建立既吻合劳动政策又适合公司执行的绩效管理体系；
2、分析公司绩效管理现况并提出完善建议，建立并优化公司绩效考核流程，提升操作效率；
3、根据公司战略目标，组织绩效目标分解及绩效培训, 动态调整KPI考核指标体系；
4、负责组织岗位分析、职位说明书的编写；
5、指导各部门开展绩效评价工作，组织实施绩效考核结果反馈面谈；
6、建立和完善绩效投诉机制，处理绩效考核有关分歧和投诉；
7、负责定期组织绩效考核，汇总绩效考核成绩；
8、负责绩效考核成绩数据管理，并提供咨询服务；
9、组织员工满意度调查并提交报告。
