岗位职责：

1、全面负责分公司经营管理工作，确保分公司营销目标的完成；

2、 根据公司、营销大区制定的销售计划和销售政策，结合市场情况制定分公司市场拓展策略和产品销售策略，并负责计划的完成；
3、 组织拓展分公司营销网络和客户关系，开拓新市场，不断挖掘市场潜力；
4、 负责分公司的团队组建，团队管理，进行人员规划；
5、 组织实施所辖分公司的工作计划，安排、指导、监督、考核下属的工作；
6、 审核或审批分公司内部的费用和人力资源管理事项

岗位要求：

1、 市场营销、管理类相关专业，本科及以上学历；
2、 八年以上相关营销管理经验；
3、 具有优秀的市场开拓、网络维护、渠道管理能力；
4、 具备优秀的团队管理领导、沟通、组织、协调能力；
5、 为人诚信、责任心强，具备良好的职业操守。
