General Purpose of the Job
Design the long term & short term developing strategies of the hearth care company. Establish the new brand and have it grow up strongly.
Main Responsibility Areas
1. Lead the marketing team to design new products line, manage all the products line efficiently to get good profit result.
2. Brand management/communicating/building
3. Develop promotion plan to support the E-Shop as well as the traditional sales channel such as Hypermarket/Department store/Supermarket/OTC etc..
4. Design the annual P&L plan
5. Analysis the sales data and other information to dig out development opportunities
6. Also manage the training as well as lead the marketing team
Needed Competencies:
1. Marketing background and track record in FMCG industry with 5~10 years experience is preferred
2. Successful track record in marketing
3. Strong analytical and project management skills
4. Have more experience on cooperating with research company
5. Have experience to establish new brand in past time
6. Familiar with the branding in internet besides traditional media
7. Experience of supporting e-shop is preferred
8. Strong communication skills in cross cultural environment
9. English language skill in addition to Chinese

Bachelor degree or above
