Responsibilities:
-Maintain the office daily operation
-Be responsible for all sales/pricing/CS team of Guangzhou office
-Implement annual sales plans with regular updates and adjustments to meet business objectives.
-Monitor sales performance on revenue, profit and customer satisfaction.
-Ensure maximum coverage for beverage market with sales tasks in South China.
-Ensure the possible chance for potential business.
-EHO/IHO communication and make strategic solution.
-Month end of financial files, and control over-under figures.
-Staff training on logistics knowledge and experience sharing.
-Coordinate with other functional department.
-Daily communicate with head office in Shanghai.
Requirement:
-Bachelor degree or above in Marketing, Logistics or a related business focused discipline.
-At least 15 years working experience and 8 years management experience.
-Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong Industry knowledge.
-Exceptional presentation skills.
-Excellent written and spoken English.
