This position will take whole responsibility to supervise financial department for its daily activity and satisfy its short term and long-term objectives in CGB Beijing Branch and EB BJ/QD offices.
main duties (Help)
(General summary of major areas of activities and responsibilities. This is not al list of exclusive duties but a sampling of day-to-day actions.)
1. To ensure Controlling, Finance services to the local departments as well as BJ business managers and their team in order to enable them to achieve aggressive sales targets in Beijing.
2. To work closely with Senior Finance Manager Shanghai and Shanghai Finance team to continuously update and improve corporate accounting, financial reporting procedures, cash management, stoke management, policies and systems in Beijing.
3. To exercise control on the proper use of the company's financial resources in conjunction with business Managers in Beijing.
4. To ensure the financial reporting properly comply with the legal, in conjunction with business Managers in Beijing and Headquarters' requirements.
5. To provide financial and credit control services to the various line functions in Beijing.
6. Month end closing, check and confirm all AR/AP transactions are input correctly. Prepare all G/L vouchers according to the checklist and input to SAP, and prepare necessary financial reports.
7. To ensure the compliance of local tax requirement and minimize the tax risk
8. Any other ad hoc task from management.

1. Check, negotiate and approve payment proposals and terms to Minimize bad debts
1. Effective cash management
2. Evaluate, adjust and report fiscal results
3. Control Fixed Asset Registration
4. Manage local financial procedures and develop new ones based on necessity
5. Oversee accounting functions and meet reporting requirements (incl. Year-end closing) in line with local legislation and audit results
6. Manage and control profitability, follow up problems, initiate improvements to finance operation.
7. Pro-active financial analysis, risk analysis and internal and external reporting
8. To ensure high standard of work in Finance dept
9. Implement payroll releasing and annual declaration of payroll
10. Logistics process
11. To maintain proper relation with external parties in the areas of dealing with Auditing, Taxation, Banking, Industrial and Commerce and other relevant government bodies in conjunction with local managers.

1. Effectively plan and organise the workload of the departments being part of Finance
Provision of fair and impartial Finance support to Business.
2. To build close working relationship with key managers, China management team and at the same time to lead and enhance the BJ Finance team integrated competency with currently new F&A Organazation setup.
3. To proactively propose and adjust Finance cooperation method according to fast business development needs complying with internal and external policy and guideline.
