职位描述:
? Assist business Head to set up budget (NBI & Cost) by branch/product, to analyze performance status and work on necessary action plan by cooperation with trade regional managers;
? Control together with TRA credit committee (Product/Risk control) all TRA credit application; control all deals at operational level are fully in line with approval matrix and procedure;
? Follow up key trade pipelines and monitor trade facility utilization by product and by branch, action plan is needed in order to increase utilization ratio;
? Control preferential tariff approval in line with pricing guideline, and review client preferential tariff to make sure tariff is offered to qualified clients;
? Assist to promote CORI client's trade business, prioritize resources with full management of client strategy by segment
? Management of client on-boarding, segmentation, transfer and exit in line with our internal procedures
? Key contact between FIN and branch sales team for NBI report, handle all NBI issues (Booking, VAT...)
? Regular meeting with CORI and CEO, to address performance, facility status, support needed, to well leverage the cooperation with CORI and other BLs to promote trade business
? Key contact person with TRA regional and global for all trade performance related reports and
? Assist sales team to operate commodities related deals fully in line with policy/agreement, take a role of key contact with related stakeholders on all commodities related deals
? Maintain and update trade customer list and circulate it on monthly basis
? To organize regular sales meeting to address key messages, issues, procedures, governance change etc
? To provide business guidance to FO to facilitate and support their daily business exploration (Pricing, credit application, KYC, preferential tariff, Client on boarding & list)
? Assist risk control manager to timely implement GPS control at branch level
? To produce valuable reports: e.g. Trade facility utilization report by branch and product; NBI per client, Different reports for ALM (MPA, loan repay report etc); Monthly business report for global (MBR)
? To organize, coordinate marketing events/conference to promote trade business; especially focus on Sino-Africa business opportunities;
? Facilitate sales business exploration by providing pitch book, marketing materials
? Participate trade seminar/conference to promote SG China image and SG network
? Other tasks delegated by Head of Trade Finance on ad hoc basis



Candidate Profile
Academic Background
 (degree and major) Bachelor degree or above
Working Experience /
Technical Skills & Know how ? 5+ years experience in trade finance related job
? Well versed with trade finance products
? Business orientation
Skills & Competencies ? Analytical thinking
? Good learning ability, quick at picking up new things
? Good communication skills
? Excellent presentation skills
? Team playing skills
? can work under pressure
Language Skills English – Fluent
Computer Skill Well versed in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint is a must)
