工作职责为:

提供桌面与网络技术支持给客户
电脑与网络问题排除
提供IT培训给用户
参于项目建设与相关工作
有机会被派到外资公司作常驻工程师

个人要求:

LAN、TCP/IP、Client/Server知识，了解Microsoft Windows网络概念
精通桌面系统与外围设备
精通Outlook或Notes的配置
熟悉安装与配置Microsoft服务器和桌面系统
了解邮件系统，如Exchange\Domino系统
了解备份与防病毒软件安装与操作
大专以上计算机或相关专业学历
最少一年相关工作经验
有MSCE证书优先
忠诚与负责任，能在压力下完成工作
需具有与其它人员合作的能力
需熟悉中文与能读能写技术性英文


Job Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to client.
Create and maintain computer programming request raised by client.
Perform training to users of general IT skill and particular applications.
Keep IT related documentation.
Participate in IT projects teams with project activities.
May be assigend as helpdesk engineer in multinational customers

Job Requirements:

Knowledge of LAN, TCP/IP and Client /Server, Understanding in MS Windows networking concept
Understanding in PC(desktop & laptop & Peripheral device)
Installation and configuration of MS Windows Operation System
Understanding in email system (Exchange Or Domino mail system)
Understanding in backup and antivirus system
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related discipline
At least 1 years'of hands-on working experience in Microsoft IT systems.
Prefer Microsoft related certification and MCSE is a big benefit
Very loyal to the company
Very responsible person
Are used to work in projects with very tight time plan
Must be a Team player. This means that the person always think of the whole team, not on him/her self.
Languages: Chinese (fluent) and English (can read & understand common technical communicate)
