足球活动经理
 
万国群星目前正在寻找一位全职足球活动经理，管理并开发俱乐部成人联赛和青少年联赛项目。
 
 
工作职责
 
建立，发展并保持跟新俱乐部业余球员数据库内容。协助俱乐部规划，开发并实施关于俱乐部竞赛、锦标赛和特别赛事项目。管理并开发俱乐部成人足球活动，特别是万国群星5人制足球联赛，北京最大的5人制赛事。管理并开发青少年俱乐部联赛和比赛。管理协调俱乐部联赛***裁判和比赛监督招募球队和球员，参加相关比赛和赛事。确保所有项目和活动文档有所记录，与其他工作人员合作进行，协调公关与在线项目组件。获取关于赛事和活动的反馈，向管理层汇报并提出改进建议。与球员、球队和队长保持良好关系，扩展俱乐部活动，会籍网络和相关服务。
 
 
职位要求
 

万国群星俱乐部工作地点酒仙桥。工作时间为周一至周五5天—会需要日常晚间工作并进行调休。
 
·大学毕业生
良好的语言运用和书写能力（英语以及中文，同时能使用更多外语者优先）
·具有赛事组织经验优先（特别是体育类赛事）
·有能力建立并维护球队数据库和联赛记录，关注细节，保持准确记录和报告机制
良好的问题解决能力和决策能力，有良好的项目管理和合理规划分配能力。优秀的组织能力，自我激励，高效守时并注重细节。能够独立工作同时能具备团队协作能力。优秀的人际交往能力，友善随和，能够快速与对方建立联系并发展推进。具有良好的电脑办公技能（Word, Excel,PowerPoint,网页浏览以及邮件）。能够很好地适应国际化办公环境，能够与不同国籍、不同文化背景的人沟通交流。需对足球运动有一定的了解，具有组织足球赛事经验优先

FOOTBALL ACTIVITIES MANAGER
 
ClubFootball is seeking a full-time Football Activities Manager to manage and develop the club’s growing programme of adults’ and junior football leagues, tournaments and events.
 
Summary of Responsibilities
 
Build, develop and maintain the club’s database of amateur players.Work with management to plan, develop and implement the club’s programme of competitions, tournaments and special events.Manage and develop the club’s adults’ football activities, in particular the ClubFootball 5-a-side League, Beijing’s biggest year-round 5-a-side competition. Manage and develop the club’s range of junior leagues and competitions Manage the club’s team of part-time league referees and supervisors.Recruit teams and players to participate in the planned competitions and events.Ensure that all projects and activities are correctly documented, and work with other staff members to coordinate PR and online project components.To collect feedback on events and activities and report back to management with recommendations for improvements.To maintain ongoing relationships with players, teams and team managers to expand and develop the club's activities, membership network and associated services
 
Requirements

The successful candidates will be based at the ClubFootball Offices at Jiuxianqiao. Working hours are generally 5 days per week. Regular evening work and occasional weekend shifts are required.
 
·University graduate.
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Chinese – additional language skills are advantageous).
·Event organization experience advantageous (especially sports).
·The ability to create and maintain team databases and league records, and the attention to detail to keep accurate records and reporting mechanisms.
·Sound problem-solving abilities, in addition to excellent project management, prioritization, and planning skills.
·Very well-organized, self-motivated, efficient and punctual with high-attention to detail. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
·Excellent interpersonal skills, friendly & approachable with an ability to quickly develop relationships and strengthen them going forward.
·Good computer skills (primarily Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Internet browsing and e-mail) and a high-level of attention to detail.
·Candidates must be comfortable working in an international environment and dealing with people from all countries and backgrounds.
A knowledge of football is essential, and experience in organizing football events is preferred.
