Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare and deliver the business and technology values solutions for customers, including proposal development, presentation, and Proof-of-Concept design to showcase its technical feasibility in effort to support Sales team
2.Analyse and translate the client’s business requirements into architectural designs and technology solutions and support requirements assessment, solution and process planning, Agile implementation, enterprise blueprint/architecture, prototyping, and impact analysis
3.Conduct market research to identify general industry trends, develop a strong understanding of competitor landscape and be able to successful define solution positioning for market adoption
4.Produce detailed technical design document to match the solution design specifications, governance standard and development process
5.Develop and analyse solution options based on business demand, provide comparison and recommendations on the technical integrity of the solutions, cost effectiveness and supportability that meets client requirements and industry best practices
6.Responsible for pre-sales activities, engagement delivery, clients’ requirement gathering & analysis, and act as a trusted advisor and clients’ on-ground contact
7.Develop product marketing documentation for market introduction and general roll-out, including data sheets, presentations, booklets, white papers, etc.
Qualifications
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science / Information Technology or related field
2.Above 5 year experience of working with complex solutions
3.At least 5+ years of consultative experience or system development and implementation in one of followings, i.e. Financial Information System, Tax Administration System, Accounting & Finance System in ERP or related solutions
4.Ability to understand client expectations and requirements and converting them into technical solutions based on Business Process analysis
5.Hands-on experience with Java or .NET development, SQL or Oracle DB, Performance Tuning & Configuration concepts
6.Presentation skills with ability to communicate at executive level
7.Excellent engagement and project management skills
8.Ability to learn new technologies
9.Strong oral , written and presentation skills in English
10.Willing to travel (30% with minimum 1 months required)
