Position overview:
Full-time Finance Manager to oversee the day-to-day financial operations of a fast-growing international environmental testing and consulting company currently with 4 branches, including managing Accounts Receivable. This includes using our ERP system to record all relevant transactions (payments received, vendor bills paid, etc) in a timely fashion so that financial statements & ratios are accurate, in addition to standard Kingdee financial management and all related work required by Chinese regulations.
This position is supported by junior Finance staff.
全职财务主管，负责监管一家快速成长的创业型国际性环境测试和咨询公司（目前有四家分支机构）的日常财务运营状况，包括管理应收账款。要求会使用公司的ERP系统，及时记录所有相关交易状况（已收付款、已付供应商账单等），确保财务报表与比率的准确性。

Responsibilities: 岗位职责
? Manage A/R:
? 管理应收账款：
o Record customer payments; work with Operations and Sales teams to match payments to customer bills
o 记录客户付款情况；与运营与销售团队合作，核对好账单和付款情况
o Create monthly customer statements for select customers & weekly statements for largest past due accounts
o 创建选取客户的月度客户报表以及最大额逾期支付的周报表
o Work with Sales to chase late payments
o 与销售人员合作，催付逾期付款
? Issue fapiao based on Sales’ timing; manage fapiao supply with Tax Bureau
? 根据销售的时间开具发票；管理与税务机关有关的发票事务
? Pay vendor bills according to vendor terms
? 根据供应商条款，支付供应商账单
o Work with Operations to confirm vendor totals prior to paying
o 与运营部门合作，付款前确认供应商账单总额
? Pay employee expenses and payroll
? 支付员工费用及工资
? Chop control
? 印章管理
? Manage assets, including depreciation

? Manage regular Finance functions:

Key Performance Metrics include:

? Reduce number of cancelled fapiao as percent of total fapiao issued

? Forecasts completed and loaded before start of new quarter

? Work with Sales and Operations to improve DPO (Operations) and DSO (Sales), balancing margin against payment timing

Experience:

? Native Chinese speaker
? 母语为汉语
? Minimum of 5 years’ financial management experience
? 至少五年的财务管理经验
? Background in accounting or financial processes

? Strong understanding of structured processes

? Experience in international company (strongly preferred)

Requirements: 岗位要求
? Have at least a bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or other related majors.
? Have at least 3 years financial work experience with the accounting certificate and the tax certificate
? With excellent written English and fluent spoken English (all emails are in English)
? Familiar with international and Chinese accounting regulations as well as related financial, tax, auditing laws and policies
? Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with ERP and/or financial software programs required
? Responsible, careful, hard-working, and with strong interpersonal and coordination skills
? 本科或以上学历，会计、财务或其他相关专业
? 至少三年财务工作经验，有会计证书和税务证书
? 英语书写熟练；口语流利（所有邮件往来均为英文）
? 熟悉国际及国内会计法规及相关财务、税务、审计法律和政策
? 熟练掌握Microsoft Word和Excel；熟悉ERP和/或财务软件程序
? 有责任心、细心、工作努力、具有极强的人际交往和协调能力
