?Job Scope:
· Assist in the Financial & Process Audits
· Assist in the Fee Review and Negotiations
· Perform Reconciliations & Finalisation of Agency Fees
· Perform Bonus Computation for Agencies
· Perform Fee Benchmarking for Client
Requirements:
Overall
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification in Accountancy
- Minimum3-4 years of working experience in accounting /analyst roles
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Power Point)
- Positive attitude and willing to learn
- Thrives on challenges and solving problems
- Excellent presentation, written and spoken communication skills
- Able to work well as team member with colleagues of different nationalities and background
Specific requirements
- Self-motivated, systematic, high attention to details and strong analytical mind
- A Team player with initiative and able to work independently
- Well organized and meticulous with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines
- Able to prepare reports of professional level and present internally and externally
- Report status of projects accurately and on timely basis
- Able to apply common sense
Detailed Job Scope:
- Assist in the Financial & Process Audits
o Prepare audit program
o Obtain necessary source data from client
o Obtain process related information through interviews
o Perform field work
o Review documents, perform interviews
o Report and present findings
- Assist in the Fee Review and Negotiations (Pitches, Annual negotiations, Ad hoc projects)
o Liaise with clients on preparation of scope of work
o Communicate scope of work to agencies
o Obtain fee proposal from agencies
o Review fee proposals and obtain further clarification from agencies if required
o Reporting to management and client on findings and propose next steps
o Communicate with agency for revised proposals
o Finalise and wrap up
- Perform Reconciliations & Finalisation of fees for the year
o Customise reconciliation template
o Obtain information from agencies
o Analyse information and obtain further clarification if necessary
o Report on findings and provide recommendations
o Follow up findings in the next review period
o Finalise and report on the overall position for the year
- Perform Bonus Computation for Agencies
o Obtain information on bonus assessment criteria
o Compute bonus based on actual performance
o Report to client and agencies
- Perform Fee Benchmarking for Client
o Obtain fee information from client
o Analyse information against market benchmark
o Report and present findings
