Mission
- To convert government policy and HR strategy into effective Personnel administration activities
- To liaise with local vendor and monitor vendor admin process including regulation updates
- To support GSS HR central function for daily operation process
- To support GSS HR service team administration activities Dimensions
- Overall personnel administration for the regions in charge

- External: External service provider-FESCO; other local vendor
Tasks
- Personnel Administration
- To work with local and other GSS HR service teams to guarantee high-quality and timely personnel administrative work for
- Payroll, Individual income tax , housing fund handling etc for all employees in responsible OC
- Government social insurance andcompany benefit handling
- Data maintainance support and administration
- Monthly internal and external reports
External/Internal Checking and Coordination
- Coordination of activities in the assigned area of responsibility to ensure a targeted approach within the specialist topic
- Execution and coordination of the related HR administrative issues by authorities (tax/social security/local labor authority, etc)
Project work
- Support GSS HR service related projects locally
- Support service solution provided to local JV/OC
- HR Administration Process local support
- By means of system support, effectively control and finalize personnel administrative process
- New hire/internal transfer/seperation
- Controlling the interface with internal and external custmers
- Other task/ projects e.g. communication/ harmonization of processes with HR from other locations
Technologies/Methodologies/Professional Knowledge
- Proficient in MS Office applications incl. intranet/ internet and HR related applications
- Business knowledge: Understand organizational culture/ structure; work experience in major international company
- Location specific HR related regulations
- Knowledge of country-specifics within HR (Shared services)
- Project management Experience
- HRIS application skills; HR function familiarity and execution; HR service and process-oriented mindset
