职位描述：
Job Description:
1. General Management, Coordinate Staff Relations and Production Coordination;
2. Issue Production plan and task, arrange and control production working schedule;
3. Monitor the yield rate of production process, QC and production plan to achieve the production goal;
4. Quick response for the production anomaly, problem finding, follow up in time and put forward valuable suggestions;
5. Take part in the action plan and the application of improving production efficiency and products quality;
6. Monitor 5S management in workshop to make sure the safety and cleanliness;
7. Be responsible for the management of maintenance team;
8. Other tasks defined in related company procedures or assigned by the direct supervisor.

Position Requirements:
1. Previous working experience:
    At least three years’ experience of production supervisor, working experience of automobile industry will be preferred;
2. Professional qualifications:
    A Bachelor’s degree or higher in operations management, industrial engineering, or other related areas is required.
    Be master of lean and TS16949 quality system;
3. Technical skills:
    Basic English skill in reading, writing, listening and speaking;
4. Additional requirements:
