职位描述
What are my responsibilities?
1. Administrate company training plan according to Training Policy, while controlling training budget.
2. Registrant in the training companies according to the training plan, and arrange training accordingly.
3. Administrate training documents of soft copies in training system and hard copies in folders.
4. Coach departments to complete competency matrix in system.
5. Maintain the information of vendor and work together with strategic procurement dept. on training suppliers’ selection and evaluation.
6. Regularly arrange orientation training for new employees.
7. Environment, Health and Security (EHS) training for new employees are included; by supporting EHS team in terms of 3-level training system setup.
8. People development projects
9. Drive the whole process of employee survey
10. C&B structure design and review, C&B policies create and update
11. Analyze for C&B related data and make proposal
12. Other ad hoc assignments
What do I need to qualify for this job?
1. At least 3 years experience in C&B and training function
2. Experience in company policy, training and people development
3. Working experience with international companies
4. Knowledge of training function, as well as HR function
5. Knowledge of performance and development function
6. Master C&B structure, be able to create and update C&B policies
7. Be sensitive to C&B data and be able to make data analysis
8. Fluent English both written and spoken
9. PC skill (MS office and system skill preferred)
10. Be professional to make a presentation, be creative to make a proposal
11. Communication skill and presentation skill are needed
