Job purpose:
The jobholder is responsible for providing logistics solutions, project implementation for new accounts, to support HAVI strategies and long-term profitable business growth.

Decision accountabilities: ?
1.Project Plan, including project timeline & project charter etc.
2.Preparation of Business case and Budget for the assigned projects.
3.Implement all aspects of the assigned project as schedule and planned.

Key responsibilities: ?
1.Lead and manage assigned operation projects to ensure deliverables are within scope, budget and schedule.
2.Provides regular project status update to key stakeholders, project sponsor and management.
3.Confers with project personnel to provide advice and to resolve problems/issues.
4.Responsible for overall quality and management of projects.
5.Provide ongoing evaluation and recommendation to ensure alignment with business objectives.
6.To enforce processes and/or tools to ensure smooth project deliveries with appropriate quality control.
7.Minimizes exposure and risk on project.
8.Gathers business requirements from the business user(s).
9.Understand the business and its key challenges, prioritize, align and work with MD of Operations to develop and implement both short and long term goals and milestones for each project.
10.Must be able to write and be responsible for project timeline, project charter as outlined by business priorities.

Skills: ?
1.Background in project management or management consulting is a plus.
2.Strong experience in managing large or medium-sized logistics project implementation including all phases of project management.
3.Good experience in logistics project evaluation, implementation, and vendor management.
4.Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to execute projects on time and on budget.
5.Good computer skills, good fluency with powerpoint a must.
6.Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
7.Strong analytical and problem solving skills, smart decision maker.
8.Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
9.Good knowledge with Project Management Methodologies.
10.Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects.
11.Superior communication and interpersonal (tact, diplomacy, influence etc.).
12.Fluent in English writing and speaking is preferred.

Experience: ?
1.Minimum 5 years relevant experience in sizeable or multinational companies.
2.Exposure to supply chain or logistics management would be a plus.

Qualifications: ?
1.A bachelor degree or above in project management, logistics management or related disciplines.
2.Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
