As HUB SCM manager, drive procurement savings by consolidating and coordinating categories across BUs (bundle volume, increase usage of e-RFQs), support the business by optimizing costs, quality, and reliability of suppliers and supplied products. Ensure execution in accordance with Business Units and Supply Chain Management (SCM) instructions and procedures.
As HUB SCM Manager, assure the effective implementation, maturity assessment and improvement of all processes along the entire value chain to improve customer satisfaction and increase profitability in a safe working environment across the local business.
</p><br><p>Implements effective sourcing strategies in line with business strategy and regional/global Continuous Improvement Process Sourcing (CIPS) strategy to ensure that suppliers have the capability and capacity to meet current and future business requirements. Ensures all relevant parties understand strategies and execute processes accordingly.

Works together with Shared Service Center and Transportation Management Centers (TMC) in the region. Implements programs to drive improvement in cost, quality, delivery and working capital (payment terms, lead times, order quantities and purchased material inventory).
？ Manages planning and tracking of procurement activities, cost budgets and savings forecasts.
？ Oversees planning and logistics of incoming materials and components based on the master production plan and master production schedule. Updates the master production plan on a regular basis, and ensures efficient stock and inventory management.
？ Centralize transactional procurement to increase productivity and spend coverage through process standardization and best practices: benefit from lower cost base, faster PO turnover and Flexible resource pool
？ Global transport management system for lower operating costs and increased quality
？ Managing order to settlement and logistics services, increase freight savings through setup of consolidated transport management centers
</p><br><p>- Bachelor’s degree and major in Electrical or Mechanical
- Minimum 8 years of work experiences, ideally in supply chain management.
- Minimum of 3 years experiences as SCM Manager
- Working experience in engineering and/or system business is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill, able to work as part of internal, cross cultural team
- Good English both written and spoken
