A Client support Engineer is responsible for provide sufficient support to Front end to meet customer expectation, either a LBU, region or an end customer and secures speed of resolution for top issues. This is done by leading cross-functional product support quality issues within Robotics Supply Unit.
Main Accountabilities:
Work with our internal global service function and international customer’s .Responsible for lead various
1. Accurate and timely information of technical issues reported from our customers concerning products or applications
2. Root cause analyses
3. New solutions from the developers (R&D)
5. Corrective field actions and process for exchanges
6. Supplier and production quality issues
7. Presentations and reports to support customer as well as trust in ABB Robotics</p><br><p>Knowledge, Skills, Experience:
Knowledge – Minimum Bachelor Engineering;
Skills – Communication responsibility is a great part in this position .Skilled with MS Office; Analytical & Technical understanding, Communicative & Collaborate, Service mindset & Customer Focus, Quality mindset
Experience – Min 5 years of work experience as project manager in a service-oriented profession within technical production or support.
