A. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Result Areas. The major activities that declare a business need for the existence of the position.

The following Major Responsibilities also apply to employees in leader roles: 1) actively assists others with the creation and execution of effective development plans, 2) actively provides coaching, balanced feedback, and appropriate recognition and 3) formally documents objectives and performance results for direct reports using the Global GPS System within required timeframes.
1, Develop and direct a costing department
2, Maintain integrity of the cost accounting, Inventory control and accounts receivable systems through systems evaluation, design, Implementation and flow-up
3,Analyze significant variances
4,Intgrate manufacturing transaction controls into cost accounting and inventory control system
5, insure that proper internal accounting controls are maintained, Developed and implemented.
6,Finacial and inventory control advice to all levels of management.
7, Establish new standard cost(Tiering process) each year for inventory valuation and costing material. Also, Calculate new burden rates each year as part of the tiering and FPP process
8,Coordinate with materials management the physical inventory taking and/or inventory audits of on-hand balances
9, Reconcile physical inventory to general ledger by account
10,Participate on task forces and/or committees involved in charges to present/new systems in areas where impact may result in changes to financial reporting under this position’s supervision



B. PREDOMINANT TASKS
The primary tasks necessary to complete / impact the associated Major Responsibilities. How the majority of your time is spent. Most jobs will require from 6 to 15 tasks. Supervision of the cost and inventory accounting staff
Sound financial and inventory controls exist for cost and inventory accounting and accounts receivable
Accurate, Timely and relevant standard cost variance, Inventory and gross margin reporting to management
Cost and inventory accounting systems conform to current corporate and generally accepted cost accounting standards
Accurate forecast date for CPP and FPP sales and cost
Standard cost reflect the actual cost of producing the product.

F. BACKGROUND
Describe the minimum combination of Education, Training, Work Experience, and Skills of Functional Exposure, which would be considered necessary to perform this job in a competent manner, not necessarily your own personal background.
This position require a bachelor degree or above in accounting (CPA preferred)
More than 5 years relevant costing working experience
Good English in speaking and in writing
Familiar with ERP system, Preferred SAP
More than 1 year management experience
