职位描述：
Work Scope:
1. Switchboard operation: answer and transfer phone call to targeted staff; Setup conference call
2. Administrative support in Shanghai office
3. Coordinate express, mailing, courier, stationery etc.
4. Other support service as assigned by admin manager

Minimum Requirements：
1. Fast learner, positive attitude;
2. High sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
3. Basic knowledge of Computer Skills;
4. Good command of English skills in oral, writing and reading;
5. Team player with good communication and coordination skills;
6. Ensure 3 work days one week.

Preferred:
1. Previous Admin internship experience with other MNC;
2. High GPA score at school;
3. Experience in dealing with Customers of Foreign Nationals would be an added advantage. 举报 分享
