Job Description:
· Create sales strategy, tactical and sales plans for the Business Development Department
· Achieve sales growth target of the Business Development Department
· Analyze market trends, guide and lead the Business Development team identifying the priority from different segments and clients
· Develop and maintain good relationships with key person of potential clients in the market
· Analyze the quality of leads and pipelines to lead the Business Development team to focus on achievable and valuable cases
· Be assigned to a lead role in negotiating and closing major business cooperation deals
· Guide and lead the Business Development team to update the sales materials and sales patters
· Manage the Business Development team to maintain accurate and up to date sales pipeline and forecast
· All other tasks assigned by DynEd China General Manager

Other Requirements:
· Bachelor degree or above
· More than 10 years’experience in sales
· More than 5 years’experience in management
· Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Excellent English communication in both written and spoken
