Temp worker title: HR Intern
Reasons for hiring: To assist and support Human Capital team
Location: 上海市静安区南京西路1266号恒隆广场
Working Hours: full or more than 3 days each week, 60~80 days in total

Responsibilities:
1) Assist in HR routine work: employment certificate, organization chart, tax-bill/insurance application, submit information to governmental entities.
2) Arrange and participate in staff activities: market research, vendor and venue selection, pre-event planning, organization, logistics, coordination, and post event evaluation, etc.
3) Support talent analysis and strategy: data collection and analysis, compile various reports.
4) Provide admin support: internal chop/payment process, training preparation, perform other tasks assigned by HCM team.

Required experience and skill set:
1) Be interested in real estate, investment fund, and Human resource;
2) Major in HR/economics/management/real estate/language preferred with MNC internship experience;
3) Strong communication skills, experience in running student activities preferable;
4) Fun and creative, out-of-box thinking;
5) Good written and spoken English;
6) Ability to effectively listen to co-workers and respond to their requests;
7) Long term commitment to the internship.
