Your Responsibilities:

? Assist Regional Governance and Department Administration

? Communication with colleagues from other departments

? Arrange team meeting and write meeting minutes

? Support team wtih administrative works

? Support to organize ITP specific training

? File, update and distribute important information within ITP for sharing

? Pre-analysis and data/information collection for team achievement, success stories and best pratices to publish on IT Board quaterly.

Our Requirements:

? Enrolled Bachelor or Master student majoring in Business Administration, Industrial- or Mechanical Engineering or a comparable field of studies

? Good communication skills, willingness to learn and contribute

? Independent and target-oriented working, team spirit, high commitment

? Chinese, English language skills (German would be advantages)

? Strong computer skills using MS Office

? International studying experience preferred
