职位描述

Role
The Java Developer carries out design, construction and testing of software units and integrated solutions withinApplication Development or Application Maintenance.

Key Responsibility
·Responsible for the detailed design, coding, testing and documentation of software units.
·Participates in estimation and planning of development, deployment and operation activities.
·Analysis and trouble shooting production system issue.
·Authorised to make commitments which fall within the tasks / frameworks given by the customer, project manager, maintenance manager or account manager.
·Identify the improvement opportunity and optimize the performance of system.
·Develop system documentation, user training materials and work instruction.
·Provide technical mentoring to team members.

Main competence requirements
·Solid experience with J2SE/J2EE development is a MUST.
·A diverse background in several of software systems such as:
1) J2EE based system or web application design and implementation
2) RDBMS design and implement ( Oracle preferred)
3) Working knowledge of Linux/Unix
4) N-tier architecture design and deployment
5) Open source java framework(e.g. Tomcat/Jboss, Sping, Hibernate/iBatis, Struts, ,Ajax, JQuery ,etc)
6) Experience of using web service ( WSDL, SOAP, XML, XFile, Axis, etc)
7) OOA/OOD, design pattern.
8) Able to implement agile practices
9) Unit test tools (JUnit ,EasyMock,etc)
10) Source control tools (SVN,VSS,ClearCase,perforce,etc)
11) Mobile application (Android, iOS, etc )development experience will be a big plus

·Good communications skills and the ability to work well with globally distributed teams.
·Strong initiative-taking and follow-through skills, strong ownership and sense of responsibility and be proactive.
·Ability to work effectively in a flexible, changing and challenging environment, manage multiple activities and priorities and work well under pressure.
·Good English skills (CET-6 or equivalent)
·Master or Bachelor Degree in technical discipline required (Computer Science, Math/Physics, Engineering, etc).
