Key Responsibility

· Supports users by explaining system capabilities, handling questions and solving incidents.

· Identifies actual and potential software problems and provides analysis to the maintenance team.

· Proposes changes and improvement activities that make the application more efficient and/or reduce operation or maintenance cost.

· Participates in the planning of application maintenance and enhancement activities.

· Writes articles in support knowledge base to improve efficiency.

· Respects commitments according to the support part of the Assignment Agreements.

Main competence requirements

· Experience from Dassault PLM/CAD solutions

· Experience from IT systems used in Product Development area, knowledge about PTC portfolios is an advantage

· 5+ years of design work and/or SmarTeam Application support

· Thorough understanding of system environments, their main features, limitations and performance characteristics

· Experience managing and configuring Catia/SmarTeam integrations

· Excellent communications and presentation skills

· Experience from work in global organisations

· Excellent oral and written English skills

· Bachelor degree
