职位描述：
工作职责
1、 负责组织协调应用软件开发项目的需求调研、分析和工作量评估；
2、 负责编写或审查项目需求文档、概要设计文档；
3、 负责跟踪项目计划，指导、协调项目各参与方，确保开发的顺利开展，促成团队高效完成任务；
4、 项目完成后组织项目验收，审查验收文档，并进行总结分析；
5、 负责企业应用平台的运维与管理（ OA 系统 & 工作流管理系统 & 用友财务系统），包括但不限于支持日常业务部门 需求，版本发布，故障排查等运维工作
6、 主动问题预防，分析应用的运行趋势并找出潜在事件以防止其发生
7、 从运维角度评估变更风险，组织或实施变更后验证，
8、 按照用户需求，或者根据用户需求以及上级领导的指示，完成设计制作/更新/修改OA表单，表单流程，表单模板等相关工作；对于工作流程管理，有清晰和准确的认识。
 
 
 
工作要求
1、 3～5年 应用系统管理经验（OA系统/工作流管理系统/用友财务系统）& 1年左右软件开发项目管理经验
2、 拥有供应商协调与管理能力
3、 熟悉sql/oracle等数据库的维护、监控、备份、调优等
4. 具备较强的沟通协调能力，有思路去解决各种线上问题
