Principal Accountabilities
* Implement training courses of AVEVA Plant product on site or at office for group
* Implement site technical support of AVEVA Plant product
* Implement remote technical support of AVEVA Plant product (HELPDESK work)
* Plan and implement AVEVA Plant product for different industry customers
* Identify the defect of AVEVA Plant product and feedback to PD team
* Collecting requirement from customer and feedback to company
* Demo and presentation AVEVA Plant product for presale purpose
* Other tasks assigned by company
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required
* Bachelor degree, experience on piping, instrument or structure detail design & site work at least 3 years.?
* An ability to communicate product issues between customers and colleagues
* An ability to document and communicate in English
* Courage to challenge and explore new things
* Willing to travel
* Knowledge of any 3D plant design products (but not essential)
* Knowledge of AVEVA Plant products (PDMS) would be beneficial (but not essential)
