职位描述：
Responsibilities职责：
Develop and analyze the Design Questionnaires List, and further clarify Client’s Design Requirement.
制定并分析设计调查表，并进一步明确客户的设计要求。
Further develop Material list, Room books and Finishing schedule, in compliance to the Contractual Bill of Quantities.
进一步制定材料清单，房间表和完工时间表，与合同工程量清单一致。
Direct and control the Local Design Institute to prepare Preliminary Design, Observe the implementation of the stipulated design intent. Guide technical clarifications, find out design inconsistencies, if more information needed notify superiors to clarify with Client.
指导并管理当地设计院准备初步设计，观察约定设计意图的实施。指导技术说明，找出设计不一致，如果需要更多信息，通知上级向客户阐明。
Together with the LDI, Further evaluate the conceptual design, and find out possible alternative solutions and potential savings, in terms of benefits, costs, efficiency, feasibility and environmental compatibility. (with support of other field design coordinators)
与当地设计院一起，进一步评估概念设计，并按照收益、成本、效率、可行性和环境兼容性，找出可能的替代方案和潜在的节省开支。（在其他领域助理设计师的协助下）
Organize weekly design meetings with LDI, record and schedule the performance of LDI.
组织与当地设计院的每周设计例会，记录并安排当地设计院的执行。
Prepare list of design changes, record change reasons, dates, results, etc.
准备设计变动清单，记录变动原因、日期、结果等。
Negotiate with local authorities, public utilities and other Specialists involved in the Project in respect of compliance with their requirements and approval conditions.
与项目相关的当地政府部门、公用事业单位和其他专家协商，有关遵守他们的要求和批准条件。
Obtain all drawings and all documents necessary for approval in time, according to the given works programme
按照既定工作计划，及时获取所有图纸和所有审批需要的文件。

Requirement要求：
University degree in Architectural Design, alternatively Civil Engineering
建筑设计或土建本科以上学历
At least 5 years work experience in Architectural Design
建筑设计五年以上工作经验
Fluent in Chinese and English
良好的中英文沟通能力
Flexibility to work on project sites or the head office as per requirements
根据公司要求可以在项目或办公室工作
Basic experience with company quality management systems preferred
