职位描述：
Ensure a proper bookkeeping practice as well as the preparation of monthly and year-end reports in accordance with ESPRIT’s accounting policies, chart of accounts and related accounting principles. Ensure a proper handling of all financial aspects in order to meet truth and fairness as well as all legal requirements.

- Verify expense/trade payment documents according to policy and input payment entry into SAP system;
- Check authorization on bank payment voucher according to Signature Mandate and arrange the payment based on the trading terms and policy;
- Vendor management, maintain and ensure accuracy of vendor information in SAP system;
- Concern with controlling the budget
- Complete monthly closing and AP related report
- Support Audit for all the related reports, sub-ledgers, audit letters, etc.
- Support line manager on any ad hoc projects. 举报 分享
