职位描述：
Key Duties:
Prepare Purchase Orders
Set up product information and operations in Epic System
Monitor shipment schedules with suppliers
Follow up shipping documents from factory and distribute to related parties
Follow up shipments arrivals
Checking invoices for payments, such as custom duty, VAT, custom agent expenses, etc.
Prepare Weekly Shipping Summary
Prepare shipping documents
Follow up shipments till smooth arrival to shipping destinations

Job Requirements:
College's degree or above
Proficiency in written and spoken English
At least two to three years' working experience as merchandising assistant, familiar with import/export function
Quick adoption with capability to set up and improve procedures and processes
Capability to solve problems in a systematic and creative way
Internal customer-oriented and result-oriented
Good management skill and people skill
