About the Opportunity
FCM Travel Solutions has an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic leader to join our China team, as the Team Leader of Account Management. Working from our company's modern offices on Shaanxi N Rd, Shanghai your primary focus will be to maintain and grow key accounts for our organization.
With joint reporting lines to the China Corporate General Manager and the Regional Head of Account Management, your focus will be to maintain and grow key accounts for our organization as a Key Account Manager and also to lead, coach and develop a team of Account Managers across Beijing & Shanghai and Guangzhou to ensure the high retention of our client base.
You will possess exceptional communication and relationship building skills as well as the ability to influence major stakeholders.
The person we are seeking will answer "Yes!" to the following questions:
· Do you have previous experience in Account Management?
· Do you have proven leadership success in developing and nurturing others at a team level?
· Are you able to build and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels within an organization?
· Are you a self-starter with proven negotiation and selling skills?
· Do you have outstanding written and spoken English and Mandarin language skills?
Do you possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to transfer return on investment to a customer?
· Do you have the ability to identify incremental sales opportunities within a portfolio of customers?
· Are you a proven team player?
A thorough understanding of the market place and our competitors is essential, and you will also proactively track market trends to keep up-to-date with the latest industry activities. This background within the travel industry, combined with your outstanding commercial acumen, will ensure you are able to put across a competitive value proposition, and build ongoing meaningful relationships with a range of clients.
Your ability to manage changing job demands and priorities is crucial, as are your problem solving abilities and attention to detail.
