■客服代表：
岗位职责：
1、负责公司指定货的客户服务联系、订舱等工作；
2、负责公司客户信息的整理工作，与客户及供应商保持良好的沟通；
3、应收应付款项的整理、登记备案及催收工作，协助完成结算工作；
4、对客户进行日常维护，接受客户咨询；
5、跟踪业务操作情况、及时与客户进行信息反馈与沟通；
6、与海外代理保持密切联系和沟通。


岗位要求：
1、诚实守信；
2、2年以上货代工作经验；熟悉空运操作流程；
3、优秀的英文听、说、读、写能力；
4、良好的表达、沟通、协调能力；
