职位描述
Responsibility:
1.Pre - onboarding
Responsible for preparing offer letter and labor contract based on the approved Offer Approval Form within 2 normal working day.
Conduct reference check if requested by HRBP and follow up with vendor for timely report delivery
responsible for pre-onboarding process kick off once received the signed offer from candidate within 2 normal working day
Email/call follow up to HRBP for the collection of new hire package for the integration of employee P-File
2.Data Management
Responsible for the data inputs in platinum system in terms of New Hire package, employee termination and movement information
Employee P-File set up and perfect, make sure the employee information are keep in proper file and information are integrated.
Follow up for employee separation process
Provide monthly Employee contract renew and probation renew forecast to HRBP and Line Manager, to follow and ensure the renew can be completed on time
3. HR service center
Responsible for the HR hotline on call patiently, helpfully and effectively; Monitor Service Center mailbox to pick up the questions
Forward questions and collect answer from related HR function if questions is not able to be solved personally
Reply questions professionally whatever from hotline or from email box within 2 working days
Record each question and answer down and generate monthly report to HRBP for reference
4.Reporting
Make accurate reports: HC report on the last day of each month and turnover report on 3 working days of each month with accuracy;other reports if needed
5.Ad Hoc
Other Ad Hoc tasked assigned by HROC leader
Requirements:
At least 2 years proven experience in Human resources.
Experience in data management is preferred.
Knowledge of HR processes
Ability to plan, implement, test, and troubleshoot
High energy level with strong customer service mind set & can-do attitude, work under pressure.
Good communication skills, both oral and written.
Excellent PC skills
