Position responsibilities:

· Maintain or make troubleshooting for GMP equipment

对GMP设备的故障及时实施维修予以解决

By providing on time expert technical service with highly professional skills to maintain the process equipment running well (Reduction of shut down times). By providing professional judgment in terms of troubleshooting for GMP equipment in keeping with GMP and safety regulations.

在符合GMP和安全的前提条件下，对GMP设备及时提供高专业化技术服务来保障这些工艺设备处于良好的运行状态，当其出现故障时能提供专业诊断或实施维修予以解决

· Plan the preventive maintenance for the GMP equipment

计划GMP设备预防性维护保养

Upgrade the task list and the plan of preventive maintenance on SAP system for GMP equipment in the specific aspects on production. provide technical support on the activities for planned maintenance for process equipment under GMP and safety compliance

改进生产范围内GMP设备的预防性维修保养程序与计划. 对GMP设备实施预防性维护保养提供良好的技术支持。

Analyzing and updating of the maintenance procedure and strategy (if required).

根据维修频率评估及更新维护程序及策略。

· Technical improvement of GMP equipment.

GMP设备的技术改进

· Establishment of GMP documents for GMP equipment e.g. SOPs, Qualification documents, Change Control Request etc.

建立GMP设备关于管理、验证、变更和维修保养等方面的GMP文件。

Responsibilities:

· Bachelor or above. Pharmaceutical，Mechanical，electrical related major.

本科及以上，制药，机械工程，电气专业。

· At least 5 years’ Project Technical Support, Equipment Maintenance experience in Pharmaceutical industry, management experience is preferred.

5年以上制药企业生产项目技术支持，设备维护工作经验，有管理经验

· Good command of written and spoken English

英语听说读写良好

· Strong sense of GMP
