JOB Summary

Make Weekly and Daily Production Schedule according to Master Production Schedule. Strictly monitor production process to ensure actual production is always in compliance with schedule.

根据主生产计划制定每周每日生产计划。紧密跟踪生产进程，确保生产按计划进行。

Responsibilities

1. Make rolling 24 months eBN forecast for import API and bulk according to Master Production Schedule.

根据主生产计划制定24个月的进口主原料半成品的滚动需求预测。

2. Run MRP and MPS, review MRP and MPS result and make adjustment if necessary.

月底在系统中执行物料需求计划和主生产计划，检查执行结果并做必要的调整。

3. Follow Integrated production planning process, monitor the actual production performance by using the tracking tool to optimize the capacity utilization.

按照整合的生产计划流程，使用跟踪工具监控实际生产绩效以达到优化产能的效用。

4. Make Daily Production Schedule. Attend weekly planning meeting.

制订日生产计划,参加计划会议。

5. Follow up FG releasing, work out monthly FG supply schedule for Commercial.

跟踪成品放行，向商务部门提供月度成品供货计划。

6. Sample Management, satisfy sample requirement while not sacrifice on commercial supply.

样品管理，在不影响商业供货基础上满足样品的需求。

7. Contribute in monthly Sales & Operation meeting. Update stock figures, and goods releasing status, collect information from the meeting and reflect to the meeting minutes.

参与月度销售和计划会议。更新产品基本库存数据，搜集整理有价值的信息并反映到会议纪要。

8. Documentation support including related SOP establishment and review, UPDs update, etc.

文件支持工作，包括标准操作流程的建立与更新，用户流程文件的更新等等。

Qualification and Experience

1. Above three years’ planning (especially for materials planning) experience

三年以上计划经验

2. Relative experience in manufacturing company

制造业公司内相关经验

3. Familiar with SAP system (PP&MM modules)

熟悉 SAP系统。

4. With good English (CET6) and skillful operation of computer.

优秀英文和计算机操作技巧。

5. Good ability of communication and cooperation.

良好的沟通和合作能力。

6. Above Bachelor Degree
